CHRISTMAS/ NEW YEARS EVE  We would like to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. We will be having a Christmas party on Saturday evening, December 20th starting at 7pm. We will be doing the white elephant gift exchange again, if you want to receive a gift, please bring one wrapped and marked, man, woman, or child. As always bring a snack to share. New Years Eve Party at the old school house. I think the doors will be open at about 8pm, bring a snack to share and some of your favorite beverage….

MEMORIAL FUNDS/Donations

This year memorials were given in memory of Martha VanValkenburgh, Kurt Heigis, Joy Campbell, and Alfred Viig, for a total of $2,060.00. Total donations for the year were $7,194.20 Thanks in part to Stillwater mine $2,500, and Sean Strange donated a rifle to raffle off for total of $3,000.00. The proceeds were split with Musicians Rendezvous. Thank you all for your generosity.

BINGO, GAME NITE

We will be starting up the bingo and game nights after the first of the year. We did get the new outhouses completed, so it should be a lot more comfortable to go potty. We will be holding bingo on the second Saturday night and game/poker on the fourth Saturday night at 7pm.

ON-GOING PROJECTS

There are no new projects pending, so we can all have a little time to relax and enjoy all of the great efforts put forth by the membership, donations and labor.

We will be thinking about repainting the old School house this spring, Keith Kamppinen offered his labor if we buy the paint. So when the weather breaks that project should get started.
